How do I use the EndNote Click browser extension to save a reference?
Answer
If an article or book is able to be saved to EndNote, the EndNote Click extension (next to the top search bar in your browser) will display a ‘1’ icon.
If you click on the EndNote Click extension, it will display the information of the item you are reading. There will be four icons displayed above it.
Select the icon on the right (a purple circle with ‘EN’ in the centre) to push the reference to your EndNote account – this will save the reference to your EndNote web library.
Select the second icon from the right (a square with an arrow in the top right) to export the PDF and reference as a .ris file. This will allow you to import the reference into EndNote desktop.
