How can I transfer my references from RefWorks to EndNote 21?

Answer

  1. Open RefWorks
  2. Open the ‘Share’ menu and select ‘Export References’
  3. Select the references to export, and choose ‘RIS format’
  4. Click ‘Export’
  5. Open your EndNote Library or create a new one.
  6. Open ‘File’, and select ‘Import’
  7. Click ‘Choose File’ and select your file, then choose ‘Reference manager (RIS) from ‘Import Option’
  8. Click ‘Import’
