Can I cancel an inter-library loan request?

If you contact us before we have submitted the inter-library loan request, we can cancel it for you. We usually submit requests within 2 days of receiving them so please let us know as soon as possible.
After we have submitted the request, you can no longer cancel it. For more information, please see the terms and conditions on our inter-library loans page.
Please note - if your cancellation request isn’t accepted, and you fail to pick up the item, it could lead to you being denied access to the inter-library loan service in future.
