Can I renew an inter-library loan?

You can renew an inter-library loan up to 2 times by contacting us. You can’t renew inter-library loans online or at the kiosks.
Please request your renewal at least 3 working days before the due date. You should still return your book on the due date if we have yet to hear back from the lending library - we may be able to reissue the loan at the Service Desk.
It can take time to arrange a renewal, and we can’t guarantee that the lending library will renew the item. To avoid fines for overdue items, please make sure you give us plenty of time to arrange renewals.
