How do I download the Zotero Word add-on?

You can only use the Word add on if Zotero if you are using the desktop apps for both Zotero and Word. There is no integration between the Zotero Web library and the browser version of Word.
In the Zotero desktop app, click ‘Tools’ and select ‘Add-ons’. Click ‘enable’ next to ‘Zotero Words for Windows Integration’.
Open the Word desktop app and you should see a Zotero tab at the top. You may need to close all Word documents and re-open a new document for the Zotero tab to start showing.
