Can I use Teams/Zoom in the Library?

Answer

You are welcome to use Teams or Zoom to take part in online sessions in the Library, however, you must follow these rules:

  • You must use a Learning Zone in the Library. These are Level 0, Level 1 and The Exchange (Room CH212) on Level 2.
  • You must bring and use your own headphones for the session
  • You must respect the privacy of both library users and the other participants in your session

Please be aware of how loud you are speaking when taking part using a microphone and how this may affect other library users. You may be required to stop using the software if it is causing a disturbance to other Library users.
