My book is due back, but I can't return it. What should I do?

If you are unwell or injured, and this is preventing you from returning your books, please let us know and we will work with you to make sure that the books are returned.
If you have a holiday planned or are busy, it is still your responsibility to make sure that you return your books. Somebody may reserve a book at any time, so it’s best to return your books if you know that you will be away or busy for a long time.
You can post books back to us using recorded delivery. If your books are already overdue, your account will remain blocked until the books are received.
