I returned a book but it's still on my account. What should I do?

If you dropped the book into our book return box in the atrium, it may take a little while before the books is taken off your account. This box is checked and emptied throughout the day Monday – Friday.
If you use the book return box outside of staffed hours, the books won’t be taken off your account until staff are available again. This means that books returned on Friday evening won’t be taken off your account until Monday morning. If possible, you should return the books at a kiosk inside the library. If you are concerned about a book still on your account after using the book return box, please contact us.
If you used a kiosk to return a book, but the book is still showing on your account, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the problem!
