How do I cancel my study space booking?
Answer
If you’ve booked a study space, a pod, or a presentation booth, but you don’t need it anymore, try to find to confirmation email you got when you made the booking. This email has a cancellation link you can follow to cancel your booking.
If you can’t find this email, contact us to let us know you don’t need your booking and we’ll cancel it for you.
