What is the library online chat?

The online chat is a service we run during certain hours to allow students and staff to talk with a member of library staff and get an immediate response to their questions. You can access this on or off campus. Please see our online chat page for service times.
It is a text based messaging service, and the responses are always from a real member of staff!
