How do I return an artefact box or item?

If the library is staffed, return the artefact box to the Service Desk. A staff member will check the contents and let you know if anything is missing. If pieces are missing, the box will stay on your account until the next steps are decided. You maybe responsible for the content. If everything is correct, the staff member will remove the box from your account.

If the library is unstaffed, click 'Return' on the self-service machine and place the white laminated sheet on the pad. The box will be removed from your account. Please leave the box on the nearest trolley. Staff will check the box when they return and notify you of any issues.
