I own a copy of a journal article or book but the Library does not own a copy. Can I upload this personally owned material to my Moodle course?

No. Newman’s licence relates only to materials owned by Newman, not personally owned materials.
If you only have a personally owned copy, use the online Academic Request Form to request a scan. We will then contact you to arrange for payment for an EHESS request to supply a copyright cleared version suitable for use on Moodle or to arrange the purchase of the item for the library.
